Chronic neck pain, such as cervical osteoarthritis, often referred to as “arthritis in the neck,” or disc herniation or degenerative disc disease are common problems of neck pain. Currently, the first method of treatment, the use of drugs is one of the best ways to treat acute pain in the neck, but this is not the method of choice for chronic neck pain.
Chronic neck pain is on treatments such as anti-inflammatory drugs, moist heat, stretching and drugs used in the drug, but without results. Chronicity is usually not the “start condition” of the patient, but a progression of treatments for acute neck pain, which failed from chronic pain. Once the pain becomes chronic neck, then drug treatment protocol generally increased, drug use, heavy duty, less education, more sleep is lost due to the masking effects of drugs and the mobility.
